A sauna in a Canadian showroom has been marked up by the importer, the distributor, and the dealer before you ever see it. We skip all three and ship one shared container instead. The only thing we ask of you is the one thing they can't sell: patience.

    A $100 deposit locks your Container 1 price and loads your crate into the container. Change your mind any time before it ships — every dollar comes back.

    The container fills

    50% · only when full

    When all 16 crates are claimed, we invoice 50% to start factory production — that's what buys the factory-direct price. If Container 1 hasn't filled within 60 days of your reservation, you get a 100% refund, no questions.

    Transit & certification

    $0 · we handle it

    Factory QC, ocean freight, customs clearance — and the cETLus certification papers your electrician and insurer want, delivered to your inbox before your unit arrives.

    White-glove delivery

    October–November 2026: the remaining balance is due only once your unit is in your GTA yard. Delivery, placement and setup — normally $499–$999 — is included free for Container 1 founding orders. Prefer to grab it yourself? Free pickup from our GTA facility, always.

Why this exists

I walked the factory floor so you don't pay the showroom.

I've never been good at paying full price for things I know cost half as much to make. So last spring I flew to the factory that builds saunas and cold plunges for brands you'd recognize — walked the line, watched the welds, sat in the tubs, and asked every awkward question about steel grade and certification I could think of.

The math was simple: the exact quality sold in Canadian showrooms, without the three layers of markup between the factory door and your backyard. The only catch is time. A batch takes a few weeks to build and cross the Pacific.

Fair questions

Is the $100 deposit really refundable?+

Yes — fully, any time before your container ships, no questions asked. It exists so crates go to people who are serious, not to trap anyone.

When do I pay the rest?+

When Container 1 fills, we invoice 50% to start production. The balance is due only after white-glove delivery and setup in your yard. You'll never be asked for money without a milestone attached to it.

Can I see one before I commit?+

Yes — and reserving is how you get in the door first. Our demo units land in Toronto with Container 1, and every reservation holder gets a priority invitation to Demo Day: touch the wood, test the plunge, sit in the sauna — all before your 50% production invoice is ever issued. Change your mind at Demo Day? Cancel on the spot and your $100 comes straight back.

Is this stuff legal to run in Ontario?+

Yes. The electric sauna stoves we import are cETLus-certified (UL 875 / CSA C22.2 No. 64) — the marks Ontario electrical inspectors and insurers look for. Wood-fired products have no electrics at all. We include the certification paperwork with delivery.

Is delivery really included?+

For Container 1 founding orders, yes — white-glove delivery, placement and setup anywhere in the GTA (normally $499 on plunges, $999 on saunas and hot tubs) is included free. From Container 2 onward it becomes a paid add-on, so this is a real founding-order perk, not a forever promise. Free pickup from our GTA facility is always an option too — and honestly, we like pickups: you'll get to try the demo units while you're here.

What about warranty and service?+

We're local — GTA-based, with a real phone number a founder answers. Every unit carries a 2-year warranty on heaters, chillers and structure, serviced here, not by an overseas email address.

What if the container doesn't fill?+

If Container 1 hasn't filled within 60 days of your reservation, you choose: stay loaded for Container 2, switch models, or take your $100 back instantly.

Why are your prices so much lower than the showrooms?+

Because you're buying at the same point in the supply chain the showrooms do — the factory. Sixteen orders share one 40-foot container from Ningbo to Toronto, and the savings pass straight through. Waiting is the discount.
